In year 2009/2010/2011 GFBS was commissioned to perform the fund audit and capacity building to its grantees. Foundation for Civil Society is a largest support mechanism for civil society in Tanzania, committed to delivering grant, aid and supporting capacity-building initiatives as means to strengthening effective engagement in poverty reduction and social development within the country.

GFBS was commissioned to carry out audit services and capacity building for 123 small, medium and large organization funded, covering Tanzania mainland and Zanzibar.
