Global Finance and Business Solutions is currently an auditor for Singida Urban Water Supply and Sanitation Authority (SUWASA). This is an autonomous entity charged with the overall operations and management of water supply and sewerage disposal services in Singida Municipality.

SUWASA was established under the auspices of the Water works Ordinance Cap. 281 Section 3(1) as amended by the Act No. 8 of 1997 and reviewed by Water and Sanitation Act No. 12 of 2009. It was declared a fully autonomous entity by order of the Minister responsible for water sector on 13^th February, 1998, and was officially inaugurated on 1^st July 1998. It has mandate to supply water and sewerage disposal services within the urban area of the Singida Municipality, and it is in a category A water utility whereby it covers full operations and maintenance costs and part investment costs.
