Editha is a Certified Public Accountant in Public Practice (ACPA .T.) and a Partner in charge of the Public Sectors Advisory Services. She has more than eight (8) years of advisory services experience. She has managed assignments related with financial monitoring, financial audits, performance audits; she consults extensively in internal system of Internal Control and development of the financial management systems. Editha conducts training for our clients for the compliance in IFRS and IPSAS.
Editha worked with ERNST & YOUNG an International auditing firm that provides accounting/business advisory services to all sectors. Her duties included providing advisory services to Ernest &Young international clients such: British Telecommunication Solutions; large organization dealing with Telecommunication in England and Wiles and globally at large. Also she provided advisory services to Coeur Tanzania Limited an affiliate exploration company of Coeur D’e Mines registered in United Stated of America and Mantra Tanzania Limited an affiliate company of Mantra Resources Plc registered in Australia.
As the Managing Partner her duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Approves and sign off all reports.
- Principal clients service contact.
- Engagement/team leader.
- Ensure work done according to plan.
- Review work done and reports.
- Communicate to and discuss issues and findings with clients on a continuous basis.
- Designing, implementing and monitoring internal controls.
- Controlling all financial aspects of the organizations.
- Review work done by team members.
