Jovina is a Certified Public Accountant and has audit experience of over 3 years having been working with Bank of Tanzania in field work while studying at Ardhi University. She is a holder Bcom Finance from Ardhi University accounting and finance department. She has participated in audit engagements for local and international clients. Her audit client base covered a range of industries, including mining, manufacturing, donor fund, private companies such as media, hospitality, telecommunications and construction and public entities.
She also participated as Auditor for field work to a number of clients including Controller and Audit General’s assignments.
As a senior audit her duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Assist engagement partner in planning phase.
- Plan and assign tasks to team members
- Ensure work done according to plan.
- Review work done by junior staff and reports.
- Compile reports at initial phase.
